Boutique but growing integrated branding, design and communications agency based at London Bridge is looking for a talented Project manager to join their developing team.Working with a team under the direction of their charismatic founder their work is characterised by clarity of thought and elegant delivery. Most of the business is built on retainer relationships with our clients, offering fresh creative thinking to meet their unique needs. Their branding experience tends to focus around the high-end consumer segment but not exclusively with projects that span multiple consumer sectors. 

Digital work in the US has historically been centred around the fields of Philanthropy, Foundations, Education and social justice.

Exciting opportunity for a digitally focussed Project Manager who is ready to grow with our business and, specifically, to support on a raft of new project briefs in the UK and the US.

Our digital briefs tend to focus on the design, build and management of digital projects and websites. There will be opportunities at a later stage to support and manage content and content creation for our clients.

The Project Manager will work alongside our account managers and creative team to schedule and manage the delivery of projects, ensuring that these are of the highest possible standard. They will be central in co-ordinating the planning and successful implementation of projects including designation of project resources, preparation of budgets, monitoring progress and keeping all stakeholders informed. Moving forward they will assume total client handling responsibility for certain projects. 

 Specific responsibilities include:

·       Compiling client proposals

·       Management of timelines

·       Management of internal budgets 

·       Management of internal and external project teams and resource 

·       Coordinating all live digital projects in the agency

·       Supporting the account director in Client handling

·       Internal reporting

The candidate would be expected to be in the London Bridge studio but they offer a flexible set up with some remote work also.

In terms of experience level, ideally we are looking for a mid-weight project manager, however, we are prepared to consider a slightly less experienced candidate who demonstrates individual characteristics and skillsets that make them an ambitious and suitable candidate who is looking for a step up.
