alented senior Art director looking to step into a Creative Director role is required for developing and hugely successful boutique agency specialising in the health and well being space. This agency has seen its profile increase phenomenally over the last 3 years and they need a creative inspirational leader to continue and build on this success. Working alongside and leading a small team this a hands on role and will always be, so you need to be a 'roll your sleeves up and get on with it' kind of creative leader. The role will require proven experience in a creative direction and mentoring role with design and production experience and a demonstrable folio of integrated work to back it up. Big idea generation, client facing chit chat, design using the typical Adobe suite, management of team members, knowledge of multi-channel marketing, passion for innovation – all wrapped up with a fun sense of slightly warped humour. The work is varied, which means our ideal candidate needs to be - think Swiss Army knife, that’s what we need!

The role will cover full service within their client space of campaign generation, branding, digital, motion and video – you will need to be a big ideas thinker but also be able to bring those ideas to life with the support of your team.

Work collaboratively across internal teams in the execution of briefs to produce creative/design solutions within allocated timeframes.

Being a highly organised individual, you will thrive within the organisation, look to add value at every turn and raise the overall creative output.

Ability to challenge internal teams when appropriate, in order to push the creative offering to a new level.

You are a natural problem solver, capable of producing work that expresses a broad range of typography, design and art direction across any channel.

Create outstanding original work supported by a strong rationale.

Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to.

Take creative responsibility for ALL creative projects from initial brief through to the finished product.

To respond productively to changing deadlines and priorities.


Expert knowledge of Adobe Suite and Apple hardware.

Design eye and attention to detail are a necessity.

A great understanding of web and digital implementation.

A good understanding of print formats and processes.

Demonstrate a passion for new technologies and techniques..


- Keeping track of time spent on projects.

- Ensuring that work comes within pre-agreed timeframes.

Client Facing

- To attend client meetings when required.
