Leading creative and production agency is looking for a talented Print Producer/Project manager with retouching experience to work closely with a global high end fashion client.  Working onsite at the client studio 3 days per week and the rest either from home or onsite with the agency you will have a background in retouching but a desire and ideally experience moving into a more producer led role.  The ideal candidate will have a passion for high end imagery for the fashion market and be the main point of contact with the client for briefs flowing through.  The role will involve working closely with their Art Directors taking briefs and responsibility for the critical path to execution of these, liasiing with studio retouchers and being the clients main point of contact.  You will have overall QC and it could suit someone who still wants to ‘keep a hand in’ on the retouch side as you will become so closely aligned with the clients in terms of their style and guidelines.

Main focus of the role :

Responsible for overseeing resource and ensuring that schedules are met. 

Allocation of projects to studio teams.

Good understanding of resourcing requirements.

Manage any escalations, resolving any issues relating to service quality

Providing ongoing management information: volumes, costs, no. of amends

Single point-of-contact for brief capture, trafficking feedback, QC, approvals for in-house Creative Media Department

Schedule and book retouching resource for centrally managed projects

Negotiation and Management of each individual Project budget in line with clients brief and objective

Quality Control to be completed on all final Film assets to be in-line with CMD's specification standard for delivery.

Ideal candidate will come from a retouching background and be able to trouble shoot retouch/QC issues

Great communication skills, central point of communication for the fashion client and also the studio

Ability to build a relationship with high end fashion client so experience in this market would be advantageous

Organised – ability to plan in briefs into production

Ability to evaluate a brief and categorise according to the image tiers
