Leading Travel brand is looking
for an experienced Brand Designer brimming with ideas with the know how to
execute them, while being adaptable across all forms of media – from emails to
experiential - and a great communicator. With a passion for design and
branding, you’ll have experience preferably having worked inhouse but
ultimately be a great designer with hands on skills in print, digital and
motion.
You should be an independent
self-starter, ready and willing to dive in, challenge yourself and your peers.
You’ll be ambitious and hungry to learn, to develop personally and
professionally.
You’ll be working with all levels
and roles across the business so you must be thoughtful, collaborative and
confident to develop and propose new ways of working and willing to challenge
existing ideas.
- You’re able to analyse and distil the needs of any brief,
build a plan (and stick to it), being realistic about the scope and scale
of a job and its budget and be as happy
challenging the norm and taking care of the small details as you are
initiating, planning and leading a project. The role require proven
experience
of designing for Print & Digital. Previous Artworking and Pre-Press
print knowledge would be beneficial.
- Must
use Adobe CC (at least Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator) and It would
be great to have Motion Graphics and Video skills / using After Effects
and Premiere
- An
all-round designer, who can take on projects from brief to completion,
often with tight deadlines
- Will
be responsible for overseeing brand projects, as well as the day to day
briefs that come into the studio. This is varied role, and would suit
someone who is able to flex across different types of jobs. One day
designing a 100 page brochure, the next working on brand concepts for
packaging, livery, digital apps, online home pages. The ideal candidate
has the character to thrive within the team by sharing their spark, and
winning together. This small but collaborative team don’t work in silo
–They all get involved in all projects every morning, and there are no bad
ideas – so experience in working within a collaborative team environment
would be preferred.
Work set up is hybrid with most people in studio 2/3 days
per week. Amazing benefits including travel subsidies and a final salary
pension amongst others.
