Art Director (ID:5655)
We have an exciting opening for a highly
creative Art Director to join this creative content agency. You will have
have an impeccable eye
for photography and design as well as creative
content conceptual. This unique role will be working across several key
accounts
with open briefs, and so requires a
conceptually minded individual with a diverse range of
experience and a strong background in leading
designers to develop brilliant work. Output is heavily focussed on paid media,
organic social and in-app artwork, so a deep
knowledge of platform best practices and an
overarching digital savviness is essential.
You will be responsible for:
● Driving the quality of
the creative output by spearheading the ideation for key workstreams
● Being the brand
guardian for a vast selection of global clients, understanding their visual
language on an intricate level and upholding their values across every asset.
● Creative
conceptualisation for a wide variety of static and motion assets intended for
the full spectrum of touchpoints including organic/paid social, digital
marketing, in-app, web & occasional print.
● Understanding brand,
audience and objectives to deliver exciting responses to creative briefs,
whilst questioning any points from an expert level.
● Problem solving
creatively, driving efficient creative processes and delivering to set
timelines.
● Collaborating with
client teams from cross-functional teams (including Director level +), with a
confident but always at ease and friendly approach.
● Inspiring and driving
the in-house team of Designers and Project Managers with the ability to provide
succinct feedback, and problem solve quickly, kindly and tactfully.
We are looking for:
● An acute and nuanced
eye for Photography, Design and Illustration, with an ability to tell stories
and bring them to life in impactful, modern visual language.
● An intuitive creative
with a strong conceptual backbone, versed in translating great ideas into
brilliant work.
● Strong nuanced eye for
photography with excellent skills in sourcing on-brand stock assets.
● In-depth understanding
of Brands and how to be the guardian of creative excellence across all touch
points.
● An experienced team
player and creative thinker who understands how to lead, support and develop in
order to bring individual and team successes.
● An organised,
conscientious individual who has that extra level of attention-to-detail, who
understands the importance of continuously elevating work whilst
balancing timelines and heavy workloads.
● A passionate individual
who has a genuine love for all things creative and is happy to share their
inspirations and knowledge with others.
With an open plan studio in west end the agency is adopting
a soft return to office from Sept with a 3 days in 2 days at home set up
planned long term.
