Hugely successful and developing full service agency is looking for a talented and versatile Account Director. This could suit a SAM who is looking to step into a more senior role within a smaller agency where they can add value and be more visible in the development of their team and client base.
In the role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent day-to-day client service and communications planning to the agencies clients. The agency is one of the leading independent healthcare agencies in London and as such has achieved phenomenal success and development on the back of its award winning work. You should be a strong relationship builder with previous experience of working with clients in the health and wellness market and agency teams and owning key client relationships. Your day to day will involve lots of client contact and relationship building, as well as the leadership of planning work and strategic problem solving (alongside a hands on MD and CSD). At the heart of this role is the development of leading clients in the female health and hormonal industry, children's health -globally as well as national campaigns in addition to other health and wellness clients.
You will be responsible for:
The brilliant day to day client experience for your accounts, development and growth.
Owning key client relationships delivering and exceeding expectation on delivery of work across multi channels.
Using your day-to-day working knowledge of a client’s business to challenge convention and outdated thinking or processes
Understanding where the opportunities are for our clients in the longer term and helping to develop these.
Someone who will ‘challenge the brief’
Managing and developing account managers and account executives within the business, sharing of knowledge and skills and inputting in new business presentations if and when appropriate.
This client has stunning offices in the heart of Soho and a friendly and engaging team that enjoy working together, they operate a 3 day week in house, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and work remotely for Wednesday and Fridays. With a stunning roof terrace that can be accessed and utilised in the summer through to open plan and collaborative work space. Office dog is a regular too so you must be ok with that !
This would suit an entrepreneurial spirit – someone who wants to be part of a successful team and help drive the business forward. Working with support of another Account Director and account management team the agency is looking for someone who can lead from the front in terms of client development and engagement to continue to deliver award winning work to their ever growing client base.
