Candidates

It can be disheartening to leave University with excellent qualifications yet struggle to get that elusive ‘first job’ in the creative industry. We work with some of the leading advertising agencies and design studios in London.

Typically work experience placements last 2 weeks with the option for the client to continue the placement on a temporary paid basis or occasionally lead to a permanent role.

Working together with the expert guidance of our experienced consultants offering advice and help with your CV and folio we aim to help you land that all important first job and continue to support you throughout your creative career.

We attend many final year shows to ‘cherry pick’ the best candidates from each creative discipline.

Our selection criteria includes a high quality student portfolio of work, competent knowledge of the leading design software, an outstanding work attitude, flexibility and enthusiasm. All are able to hit the ground running and contribute and learn within a creative studio.
