Interviewing 'It ain't what you do it's the way that you do it'

This was the latest in a series of Interviewing Masterclasses personally hosted by Angela Mortimer, Co-founder of Angela Mortimer Plc.

The focus of this session was the importance and value of effective interviews and how to conduct them. This Masterclass was a must for anyone wanting to fine tune their interviewing skills and develop the ability to uncover the 'real person' behind the CV. Angela Mortimer recognises that identifying and recruiting the best talent is a key challenge in 2010, and well developed interviewing skills are key to both identifying the top talent and securing interest in the opportunity.
